Orlando Hotels

There are hundreds of hotels concentrated in the Orlando area, and they come in all shapes, sizes and budgets. Virtually everything is family-friendly, and many are elaborately themed, with some very competitive deals at off-peak periods. With more hotel rooms than New York City, Orlando's accommodation offerings are vast and, thus, daunting. Generally speaking, the closer to Disney, the higher the price. Walt Disney World Resort itself boasts some of the best and most fun hotels anywhere, and they range from deluxe to budget in price.

The Orlando hotels below have been hand-picked by our guide author and are grouped into three pricing categories:
Luxury (over US$250)
Moderate (US$100 to US$250)
Cheap (up to US$100)
These Orlando hotel prices are the starting prices for a double room per night, excluding sales tax, lodging tax and breakfast, unless otherwise specified. The sales tax in Florida is 6.5%.
