There are information desks (tel: +34 902 404 704) in both terminals. Numerous tour operator offices are located in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 1.

Lanzarote Airport is clearly signposted. From the capital, Arrecife, take the westbound Autovía Arrecife-Yaiza (LZ-2) and follow signs for the airport. The total drive time from Arrecife is approximately 10 minutes.

Public Transport
Public transport road:
Bus:Intercity Bus Lanzarote route 22 (tel: +34 928 811 522; www.intercitybuslanzarote.es) operates Monday to Friday to/from Arrecife to the airport (journey time: 10 minutes; fare: €1.40). Route 23 runs on Sundays and public holidays, connecting the airport with Arrecife and Playa Honda (fare: €1:40). The bus stop is located directly outside the Arrivals of both terminals.
Taxi:Taxis (tel: +34 928 520 176) are available at the airport and depart from taxi ranks next to Arrivals. The fare into Arrecife starts at around €15.
Terminal facilities
Money:
There are several ATMs located throughout the airport, and a bureau de change at the Travel 2000 office on the second floor of Terminal 1 (Departures).
Food:
There is a good selection of cafés, bars, restaurants and fast-food outlets after the security screening point in Terminal 1. A cafeteria sells food and drink in the public arrivals hall of the same terminal.
Shopping:
Shops, including duty-free outlets, are mostly located after security in Terminal 1. There are more limited options in Terminal 2.
Luggage:
There are no left-luggage facilities at Lanzarote Airport. Lost property offices, helping to reunite passengers with misplaced items, are located on the ground floor of both terminals (tel: +34 928 846 280).
Other:
There is a pharmacy on the public concourse and first aid on the arrivals level in Terminal 1. A travel agency is located on the first floor of the same terminal. A children's play area is located in the boarding area of Terminal 1. Interestingly, part of Terminal 2 is set aside as an aviation museum, showcasing the history of aviation on the island.
Airport facilities
Conference and business:
An Aena VIP Lounge, on the first floor of Terminal 1, is equipped with basic business facilities, such as telephones and internet access. Fax and photocopying facilities are available from the lottery outlet on the main concourse. Meeting and conference facilities are provided by many of Lanzarote's larger hotels, including the nearby Beatriz Playa (tel: +34 928 512 166; www.beatrizhoteles.com).
Communication Facilities:
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout Lanzarote Airport. Additionally, fax and photocopying services are available in the lottery outlet.
Disabled facilities:
Facilities for disabled passengers include ramps, lifts and accessible toilets. Designated car parking spaces are provided and there are also designated drop-off and pick-up areas outside Departures and Arrivals for disabled passengers. Airlines can provide travellers with wheelchairs – passengers should request this service when booking their ticket.
Car parking:
There are around 1,250 car parking spaces outside both terminals at Lanzarote Airport, the majority of which can be found outside Terminal 1.
Car rental:
Avis, Europcar, Hertz, Payless and a number of local operators are represented at Lanzarote Airport. Car hire reservation desks are located in the arrivals area of Terminal 1, after baggage reclaim.
